Contract: Where there has been a deposit paid for work to commence it will be understood that Paul Burningham Designs Limited shall be paid in full within 31 days of completion of works.
If final settlement of outstanding bill is not settled within this timeframe Paul Burningham Designs Limited will issue a 7 day reminder on any outstanding bill. If no payment has been received after this date Paul Burningham Designs Limited will have the right to (a) Take legal advice (b) Withdraw any work completed for the client that's been uploaded to the Internet.
Copyright: Clients MUST have consent or authority to use any reference or image regardless of it's source. Material taken from other publications (newspapers, magazines, brochures, leaflets, directories etc.) can be and usually is copyrighted to the publisher, designer or photographer. This dictates that these images/photographs cannot be used or reproduced in whole or part whatsoever. This can be confirmed by the appearance of the © copyright logo/mark. This copyrights all material within that publication. The © copyright logo/mark can also be present on individual entries/pages within a publication. It is also the clients responsibility that any associations that the client belongs to are up to date and legitimate.
Payment Terms: Paul Burningham Designs Limited can accept credit/Debit cards over the telephone using our secure RBS Streamline payment system. Cheques should be made payable to Paul Burningham Designs Limited or cash is accepted.
